What You’ll Be Doing
* Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Processing invoices and managing complex billings (accuracy with numbers is essential)
* Validating budgets and ensuring compliance
* Producing weekly and monthly reports, analysing data and identifying trends in Excel
* Coordinating legal matters efficiently
* Managing your own caseload with autonomy and accountability
What We’re Looking For
* Degree-level education (or equivalent experience)
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent attention to detail and a head for numbers
* Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel
* A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and growth mindset
* Experience within professional services and an understanding of financial processes (invoicing/billing) preferred
