PAYROLL ASSISTANT
Location: Maidenhead - Hybrid working (3 days in the office)
Salary: £24,000
We are working with a fantastic company that is looking to add a Payroll Assistant to their successful payroll team due to business growth. This role is ideal for someone eager to develop a career in payroll. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of payroll processes, working to tight deadlines with accuracy.
Responsibilities:
1. Process and manage all payroll-related tasks, including salary calculations, deductions, and adjustments.
2. Maintain and update payroll tracking sheets and databases.
3. Handle payroll-related queries efficiently.
4. Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in collaboration with HR and finance teams.
5. Assist with employee benefits administration.
6. Prepare monthly reports.
Candidate Requirements:
* Passion for payroll and previous administrative experience.
* Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Excel.
* Excellent attention to detail.
