* 4 commercial sites in West London
Responsibilities:
* Tiling
* Carpentry : Door hanging, fire door ppm
* Assembling furniture
* Plumbing
* Drainage and flushing
* Fire alarm/door testing
* Grouting and Plastering
* Repairing building fixtures: doors, handles, windows etc.
Requirements:
* Experience as a building services fabric engineer
* Trades qualifications : C and G or NVQ
