Support Worker - Macclesfield Supported Living Network 21 hours per week | £12.85-£13.05/hr enhanced weekend & holiday pay Are you passionate about helping others live life to the fullest? Do you want a role where no two days are the same and your support truly matters? We're looking for caring, friendly, and reliable individuals to join our Supported Living team in Macclesfield. You'll be empowering people to live independently, make their own choices, and enjoy life on their terms. What You'll Be Doing: Supporting individuals with daily living, including personal care, meal prep, medication, and finances. Working early (8am-3pm) or late (3pm-10pm) shifts, with optional sleep-ins. Being part of a flexible rota, including alternate weekends and bank holidays. Collaborating with families and professionals to deliver person-centred care. What You'll Need: A positive attitude, great communication skills, and the right values. No experience? No problem! Full training is provided. A full driving licence is essential. What You'll Get: Starting pay: £12.85/hr, rising to £13.05/hr Time and a half on weekends & bank holidays Double pay on Christmas Day & Boxing Day A supportive team and meaningful work every day Interested?
