ChampionX is seeking a motivated Account Manager / District Sales Representative I to join our team in Aberdeen for a 12-month period (Maternity Cover). In this role, you will manage chemical systems, applying best practices to meet customer and contract needs. You will communicate progress and improvements to the sales team, deliver customer solutions to increase revenue and reduce operational costs. Your work will involve the ChampionX office, customer offices, and operational sites (onshore/offshore).

Key responsibilities:
* Participate actively in safety culture
* Assist with account management activities
* Monitor and maintain field inventories (chemical/equipment)
* Collect samples and conduct basic lab analyses
* Gain offshore experience with chemistry trials and reporting
* Experience in chemical selection, application, and monitoring
* Produce and present technical reports for customers
* Share knowledge and collaborate with colleagues
* Work with your manager to identify business needs and improvement plans
* Develop relationships with current and new customers
* Perform system analysis and data interpretation to solve problems
* Participate in sales campaigns
Preferred qualifications:
* Bachelor’s in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related sciences
* Strong relationship-building skills
* Ability to work independently and in teams
* Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Physical requirements:
* Ability to work offshore
