About the Role A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Southend is seeking a caring and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join the team. The role involves working closely with children in Key Stages 1 and 2, including pupils with autism and a range of additional learning needs. The LSA will provide one-to-one and small-group support, helping pupils to thrive academically, socially and emotionally in a safe and nurturing environment.
