We’re now looking for a talented Senior Commercial Lawyer to help us grow our national presence and continue delivering exceptional service to our clients.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* As a key member of our Commercial team, you’ll:
* Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts.
* Advise clients on commercial law, IP, data protection, and e-commerce.
* Deliver training and presentations to clients and internal teams.
* Support corporate transactions with commercial, IP, and IT expertise.
* Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to provide strategic legal input.
What We’re Looking For:
* Qualified solicitor with 7+ years PQE in commercial law.
* Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness.
* Excellent communication, drafting, and problem-solving skills.
* A collaborative, client-focused mindset with the ability to work independently.
* Commitment to professional development and upholding high standards.
