* A supportive and collaborative work culture where your contributions are valued.
* Varied and impactful work that will challenge and develop your skills.
* Opportunities for professional development and advancement, including training and mentorship.
* Competitive salary and benefits package, including flexible working arrangements and generous holiday allowances.

Requirements:

* You are a proactive and analytical individual with a passion for using data to drive improvement.
* You have significant experience in performance management, data analysis and insight generation.
* You possess excellent communication and storytelling skills, are able to tailor messages and deliver these to diverse audiences.
* You have strong interpersonal skills and can build effective relationships across the organisation.
