The main responsibilities involve Supporting the qualified team with the management of pre and post operative patients from admission to point of discharge or transfer to another area. Supporting the qualified team with the flow within the unit on a shift by shift basis. Supporting nursing team with all aspects of care and patient management within the ward. Completing both handwritten and electronic documentation at a high quality standard. Supporting senior team with organisational responsibilities and service innovation. To attend arranged staff meetings. To ensure statutory and mandatory training are completed in a timely manner.
