Role Overview
Thirteen Group is on the lookout for a Housing Services Co-ordinator, as well as talented people to join our talent pool.

Key Responsibilities
* You’ll manage a patch of around 275 homes, and you’ll be the go-to person to resolve a range of customer enquiries. This could include working with customers to ensure that rent is paid, making sure that homes are let quickly, and resolving any anti-social behaviour and neighbourhood issues.
* Build great relationships with our customers and local partners to resolve issues quickly. You’ll think differently to make business decisions that have a lasting, positive impact on our neighbourhoods.
* Delight our customers and turn them into real fans and advocates of Thirteen. Our vision is to be the most trusted housing association with happy customers.
* You’ll be part of a large team of over 180 colleagues, so support and guidance are constantly on hand. Training is provided so you don’t need to have any housing-related experience. As the front face of Thirteen, fantastic customer service and relationship-building skills are key.
* This role requires a driving licence and the ability to travel round the region in your own vehicle.
