RVT Group is in search of a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Co-ordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about marketing and are eager to support the execution of various marketing initiatives and projects.
This position will initially be on a temporary basis and looking for an immediate start where possible. As we are a growing company, there may be opportunities for an extension of the contract or the possibility of a full-time position, although this is not guaranteed and will be contingent on business needs at the conclusion of the initial term.
As a Marketing Co-ordinator, you will work closely with the marketing team to implement marketing campaigns, manage resources, and support various events and promotional activities. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of creative content and provide critical administrative support.
Responsibilities
* Campaign Support: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and print.
* Event Coordination: Help organize and coordinate events, including trade shows, conferences, and internal meetings ensuring seamless execution.
* Content Creation: Develop engaging marketing materials, including flyers, presentations, and digital content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
* Database Management: Maintain and update marketing databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity for effective targeting and tracking.
* Social Media: Coordinate social media efforts and assist with managing social media accounts to enhance our online presence.
* Reporting: Support the tracking of marketing performance metrics through tools like HubSpot, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
* Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing marketing supplies.
Requirements
* Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a marketing-related role (E)
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively (E)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills (E)
* Proficient in using marketing tools and CRM software, preferably HubSpot and Canva (E)
* Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms (E)
* Experience in content creation and design is a plus (D)
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field desirable (D)
