What you’ll be doing
You’ll be supporting one pupil who needs consistent, personalised help throughout the school day. Every day will be different, but you’ll be a reassuring presence and a big part of their success.
You’ll help with:
1. Emotional regulation and behaviour support
2. Communication and sensory needs
3. Building confidence and independence
4. Creating a predictable, safe routine
5. Working closely with the class team, SENCO, and therapists
Who we’re looking for
Someone who is:
6. Calm, caring, and able to build trust
7. Experienced with SEND or confident supporting pupils with additional needs
8. Able to stay positive even when the day feels tricky
9. A good communicator and a reliable team member
Experience with autism, SEMH or communication needs is ideal, but transferable experience is also welcomed.
