Requirements The Service Controller will support the Service Centre Manager and Team Leaders to ensure the smooth running of the branch operations. A point of contact for customers reporting emergency works throughout the day, ensuring that the customer is kept up to date regularly Engaging with Technicians on a daily basis to deal with the emergency works that have been reported. This could result in postponing routine call outs so engaging with customers to inform them of same Planning and scheduling routine contractual visits with techs and customers Dealing with all Customer complaints and enquiries. Assisting SCM in any service related projects. Liaising with internal account managers to pass back and forth information. Service Controller Requirements: Previous administrative experience with good IT skills is preferred Proficient user of Office 365 and Google Drive is preferred Good attention to detail as you must work with a high degree of accuracy Exceptional ability to communicate effectively Ability to work using your initiative and work well in a fast-paced environment Demonstrate excellent customer service Be able to be adaptable and responsive Benefits Additional opportunities to earn more with regular bonus and commission schemes.
