At Exodus, we love adventure travel and always have. We first took a group of travellers to the Himalaya 50 years ago and have since expanded to every continent of the planet. Today, we offer hundreds of itineraries across the globe, focusing on responsible travel that supports local communities and preserves the environment while aiming to provide meaningful experiences to all who travel with us.

We're now hiring a Head of Creative Services to lead and elevate the Exodus brand across every creative touchpoint. In this role, you'll guide a team of designers, copywriters, and content creators to produce high-impact visual, digital, and written work that captures the spirit of adventure and discovery at the heart of our brand. You'll set and uphold high creative standards while fostering a collaborative, innovative environment where great ideas thrive.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll develop our brand narrative through compelling campaigns and content across digital and print channels. You'll drive creative strategy, champion storytelling, and ensure consistency in how our brand is expressed both internally and externally. What you'll do:


Creative Leadership

* Act as the brand guardian for Exodus, ensuring all creative output is high quality, aligned with our brand platform, and ignites excitement across every channel.
* Lead and empower a dedicated group of designers and copywriters to create impactful, high-volume creative that stands out and promotes our adventure travel offering.
* Evolve and adapt the Exodus brand to stay fresh and relevant to our customers in the UK and North America, maintaining consistency while embracing innovation.
* Define and uphold our brand tone of voice and creative style across markets, collaborating with copywriters and partners to adapt messaging for different channels, from print and email to digital and web.

Brand Strategy

* Own and evolve our brand platform "It's More Extraordinary with Exodus," ensuring it clearly differentiates us from competitors and resonates with our target audiences.
* Develop and run a campaign calendar that aligns with booking patterns, commercial goals, competitor activity, and product strategy, working closely with the Marketing leadership team to bring it to life across all channels.
* Partner with Product teams to ensure new launches, destinations, trips or experiences, are supported with impactful creative and messaging.

Content & Creative Execution

* Lead the planning and refinement of our creative and content calendar, aligning with Product and Commercial to prioritise high-impact destinations and messages.
* Lead all aspects of content production from brief to delivery, including running shoots, asset creation, and resource allocation.
* Manage budgets and determine the right mix of in-house and external agency support.
* Maintain a central, up-to-date creative library that supports all key channels: digital, social, print, web, and email.

Market Insight

* Be the voice of the brand — using research and insights (via agencies or internal resources) to track our market position, brand awareness, and competitive standing.
* Build and coordinate a customer research plan to stay informed on changing traveller expectations, ensuring that brand and product strategies are customer-centric and forward-thinking.


What We're Looking For:

* A skilled creative leader with experience in agency or in-house settings, proven in directing high-performing teams to deliver innovative, channel-specific content and impactful campaigns across the customer journey.
* Strong influencing skills with confidence in communicating vision and progress to teams, peers, and senior stakeholders.
* Collaborative approach, working closely with Marketing leadership to develop and implement standout propositions and campaigns.
* Experience running internal creative teams and effectively briefing and partnering with external content and creative agencies.
* Solid copywriting background combined with expertise in leading creative across print (brochures, direct mail), campaign work (top, mid, and lower funnel), and content formats (video, web, blogs, organic social).
* High standards of quality and integrity, paired with energy, drive, and a commitment to excellence in storytelling and creative output.
