We are actively recruiting an Intercontinental Learning Partner to join a leading Pharmaceutical company in the Berkshire area. As the Intercontinental Learning Partner, you will be responsible for driving the Intercontinental learning strategy, aligning with brand strategy, and collaborating with stakeholders and the Global Market Access Learning team.

This is a hybrid role, 2 days per week in office and 3 days per week from home. The position is an initial 6 month contract with possible extension.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your duties as the Intercontinental Learning Partner will be varied; however, the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1. As the Intercontinental Learning Partner, you will plan, develop, and execute commercial launch plans during busy launch periods in Intercontinental markets.
2. As the Intercontinental Learning Partner, you will support post-launch milestones, analysis, and ongoing learning interventions with local markets.
3. As the Intercontinental Learning Partner, you will proactively gather insights into stakeholder needs and identify how learning and development can best support these needs.
4. As the Intercontinental Learning Partner, you will collaborate with the global Learning team to conduct needs assessments and contribute therapeutic and expertise knowledge to learning project design and development, especially during pilot phases.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Intercontinental Learning Partner, we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
1. Relevant degree in a related field.
2. Proven industry experience in L&D in the Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology sector.
3. A working knowledge and practical experience with learning and development strategies.
