W&O is made up of three capability teams, including Programme & Change Acceleration (‘P&CA’) which is the focus of this specific role. P&CA houses Capgemini Invent’s transformation programme delivery and change experts.
YOUR ROLE
As a Change Consultant in Programme and Change Acceleration, you will support the delivery of complex client business transformation and change management initiatives across a variety of sectors with an initial focus on delivering high impact change within Consumer Products and Retail. You will help clients successfully navigate outsourcing and wider transformation programmes by shaping and delivering change initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Support execution of overall work stream(s) necessary to deliver projects, and help redesign how services should operate by embracing digital capabilities.
* Implement change management methodologies, tools and processes on client engagements to drive forward P&CA thought leadership.
* Deliver business change assets (e.g., impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, process mapping, hyper‑care governance, communication & training plans, pain‑point analysis, BAU transition) for a client with minimum guidance.
* Shape and solve problems using a fact‑based approach to drive insight to clients.
Role Development
* Business Development – Contribute to proposals, RFPs, bids and proposition development.
* Internal contribution – Campaign development, internal think‑tanks, white‑papers, practice development (operations, recruitment, team events & activities), offering development.
* Learning & Development – Training to support your career development and the skills demand within the company, certifications, etc.
YOUR PROFILE
* Experience in business change and understanding of change methodologies.
* Operating within a workstream to deliver discrete deliverables, working as part of a team with proven ability to work under pressure.
* Ability to upskill, educate or coach employees at all levels enabling knowledge transfer to an organisation undergoing change.
* Ability to engage effectively with C‑level / CXOs on a peer‑to‑peer basis with credibility and gravitas.
Desirable Skills and Experience
* Currently working in a major consulting firm or in industry with a consulting background.
* Holds related qualifications:
o PROSCI Change Practitioner, APMG Change qualifications or equivalent
* Experience working in Consumer Products and Retail Sector.
* Experience delivering outsourcing programmes and employee transition strategies.
* Proven ability to be successful in a matrixed organisation, and to enlist support and commitment from peers in selling and delivering consulting solutions.
* Experience of proposition building and delivery.
