A FANTASTIC OPPORTUNITY FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS SOLD INTO HOSPITAL AND COMMUNITY SETTING

Job Title: Business Development Manager

Massive earning potential, great products and company!!!!

Territory: North East and Yorkshire

Package: £40-£55K basic + Very Good Uncapped commission on everything sold. (commission), car/car allowance, pension, healthcare, holiday etc

Products: Enteral Feeding Systems - Long Term Solutions

The role:

* Covering the Midlands and selling a great range of Enteral Feeding products to various areas of both the NHS and private sectors.
* You will manage existing customers while identify new target areas for the business, winning over clients from the competition.
* In the role youll manage Key Account Customers, and develop individual plans and selling strategies for each of their Key Account Customers.
* You will build professional value relationships with the identified customers so that they will view the company as the true partner in meeting patient needs
* Youll also work with customers to identify partnership opportunities in the form of programmes, educational initiatives etc.
* To work closely with clinical trainer to ensure high quality and timely training of company products.
* Youll serve as a primary contact for customers to service their needs after the initial relationship has been established and continually meet with targeted customers to maintain a current understanding of their needs and expectations.
* You will also attend meetings and training sessions, as designated by the management team.
* Full company and product training will be provided, along with an ongoing career development plan.

The Person:

* Attitude is everything and a get up and go approach to work/life is a must!
* The client is looking for a medical sales professional with 2+ years experience
* You will be driven, hungry and understand the NHS sales process, along with how to navigate the private process as well.
* You will naturally come with a competitive edge and be career driven!
* Its essential that you live in the East or West Midlands (or be willing to relocate at your own expense)
* A full UK driving licence is essential
* Right to work in the UK is required (no sponsorship available - sorry)
