1. Own the Big Wins: Manage a portfolio of key clients focusing on retention, growth, and long-term success.
2. Be the C-Level Connection: Build and deepen strategic relationships at the executive level, becoming a trusted advisor.
3. Create Tailored Solutions: Identify opportunities and develop custom solutions across LAN, WAN, WiFi, and Network Security.
4. Lead from the Front: Drive client strategy, engagement, and delivery with measurable outcomes.
What You'll Do As Our Account Director
1. Set the Vision: Collaborate with the Sales Director and leadership on business and account planning.
2. Show Up and Stand Out: Meet clients face-to-face to build genuine partnerships.
3. Drive Strategic Growth: Lead account development, generate new pipeline, achieve KPIs, and provide accurate forecasting.
4. Navigate with Influence: Work across all levels of client organizations, from operational leads to the boardroom.
5. Close with Confidence: Use qualification tools like SCOTSMAN to target, track, and win strategic deals.
6. Deliver Excellence: Partner with service teams to ensure seamless execution and high client satisfaction.
What You Bring – Your Experience Matters
1. 5+ years of proven success in Managed LAN and WAN solution sales.
2. Experience in the MSP/ISP space with enterprise-level engagement.
3. Vendor expertise in Cisco, Meraki, Extreme, Fortinet, or similar.
4. Strong knowledge of Network Security products such as Firewalls or NAC.
5. Experience engaging C-Level/Director stakeholders and delivering boardroom presentations.
6. A commercial mindset with a deep understanding of outcome-based selling and IT Managed services in data networking.
7. Success in complex network sales and bid negotiations.
8. Sales training in models like SPIN, Miller Heiman, Elevator Pitch, etc.

1. Salary: £60,000 - 75,000 + uncapped double OTE + Car Allowance.
