1. Deliver high‑quality, personalised teaching to pupils with ASD and a range ofplex needs
2. Plan and adapt lessons to meet individual EHCP targets and developmental levels
3. Use a range ofmunication strategies, including visual supports, sensory approaches, and structured routines
4. Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team including therapists, support staff, and families
5. Create a safe, nurturing, and predictable learning environment that supports emotional regulation and engagement
6. Contribute to assessment, progress tracking, and personalised learning plans
What you’ll need to succeed
7. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
8. Experience working with children with ASD, PMLD, SLD, orplex SEND needs
9. Strong understanding of sensory processing,munication differences, and behaviour asmunication
10. A patient, resilient, and empathetic approach
11. Ability to differentiate creatively and deliver highly individualised learning
12. Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
