Duties and Responsibilities
* Ensure all school policies are actively upheld and promoted
* Build and maintain positive, constructive relationships with learners, families, professionals, and colleagues to support development and uphold the ethos and vision of our schools
* Assist the class teacher in delivering learning to support academic achievement
* Support individual needs by preparing equipment, photocopying materials, and providing clerical support for class tasks
* Work with the staff team to ensure safeguarding standards are always maintained
