What You'll Be Doing as a Stairlift Reconditioning Engineer: Dismantling both straight and curved stairlifts for parts and scrap. Identifying and sorting reusable parts for future use. Logging components accurately into the warehouse management system. Keeping a clean, organised engineering warehouse and adhering to health & safety. Disposing of stairlift waste responsibly and adequately. Reconditioning stairlift components to a high standard of functionality and presentation. What We're Looking For in a Stairlift Reconditioning Engineer: Previous experience working with stairlifts and their mechanical/electrical components. Confident using IT systems, including Excel or Google Sheets. Familiar with warehouse procedures and stock systems. Detail-oriented with a structured and methodical work approach. A strong work ethic and willingness to work overtime when needed. Safety-conscious and committed to maintaining a tidy workspace.
