We are currently recruiting for a Waiter/Waitress for our 5 Star Hotel, The May Fair, A Radisson Collection Hotel. This position is available on a part time basis.
Overview
* An amazing opportunity to join the team at The May Fair Kitchen, our iconic 5 Star May Fair Hotel as a Waiter/Waitress.
* Understand and explain the menu and dining concept to all guests, carefully checking for any allergens.
* Read the needs of tables and serve them according to their preferences.
* Work closely with the Head Waiters and Floor Managers to ensure that service is seamless and an exceptional level of service is provided to guests.
* Ensure that satisfaction levels are checked at all tables you are serving and handle any feedback or complaints accordingly.
* Take payment in accordance with company procedures.
* Be competent with applications such as OpenTable, Adecco and Micros.
About You
* Previous front-of-house waiting experience in a high-end food led operation is essential.
* Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
* Impeccable command of English both written and spoken.
* A passion for food and beverage, serving guests and providing outstanding hospitality.
