Production assistant

Pay rate £12.71 Hours Monday – Thursday: 7:00am – 4:00pm Friday: 7:00am – 1:00pm We are currently recruiting for Seasonal Production Assistants to join a busy and fast-paced production team in Waterbeach. This role is ideal for someone with excellent attention to detail who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in maintaining high quality standards. Working within a production environment, you will be responsible for checking photographic prints and ensuring all products meet quality specifications before progressing to the next stage of production. This is a standing role and requires a high level of focus and accuracy throughout the working day. Key Responsibilities: * Inspect photographic prints for quality, clarity, and consistency * Ensure images match the correct order, size, and frame allocation * Identify and report any defects, errors, or discrepancies * Organise and sort prints according to production requirements * Prepare approved items for the next stage of the process * Maintain accurate workflow procedures * Keep the work area clean, tidy, and organised What We're Looking For: * Excellent attention to detail * Strong organisational skills * Ability to follow instructions and processes accurately * Good concentration and focus when carrying out repetitive tasks * Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively within a team * Previous production or manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential This is a great opportunity to gain experience within a well-established production environment and join a supportive team during a busy seasonal period.
