We are working with a well-established, multi-branch lettings operation seeking an experienced Lettings Valuer / Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their centralised lettings team.
This is a key, performance-driven role covering a network of offices, focused on generating new instructions, converting valuation opportunities, and ensuring high standards of compliance and client service.

1. Basic salary: £26,000 – £28,000
2. Realistic OTE: £45,000+
3. Working hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am–5:30pm. Alternate Saturdays (with weekday time off in lieu)

As a Lettings Valuer, the role will involve:
5. You will take ownership of the valuation and instruction process, with responsibility for:
6. Conducting lettings valuations on both new and previously managed properties
7. Identifying and converting opportunities into new instructions
8. Managing the full onboarding process through to marketing launch
9. Carrying out property visits and ensuring compliance requirements are met
10. Building and maintaining your own pipeline of valuation opportunities
11. Supporting the wider lettings team through informal coaching and best practice sharing
To be considered for the role of Lettings Valuer, you will need:
12. A full UK driving licence is essential.
13. Experienced in lettings valuations, instructions, or residential sales
14. Commercially minded with strong negotiation skills
15. Confident in generating your own business opportunities
16. Highly organised with strong attention to compliance and detail
17. A strong communicator who builds trust quickly with landlords
