Randstad Construction & Property is working on behalf of a National FM company to find a Junior Helpdesk based in Liverpool. Full training and salary increase will be provided with this vacancy.

An average day will include:
* Daily training covering the following:
* Ensuring customer SLAs are met
* Allocating best-fit resources for quoted jobs (geographically and skill set)
* Monitoring engineer responses to quoted works to ensure return visits are logged and completed
* Assisting with purchasing
* Processing engineers' quotes, reports, and recommendations to clients in a timely manner
* Ordering goods and services
* Liaising with accounts managers and supervisors regarding capacity, job timing, and issuing work instructions
* Communicating with engineers about changes and travel issues
* Uploading and updating client portals regularly
* Contributing to the operation of the out-of-hours telephone service, ensuring messages are relayed and acted upon promptly
* Compiling customer invoicing for review by accounts
