About the Company Our client is a market leader in political monitoring and intelligence, providing accurate, timely insight on policy and legislation developments in the UK and EU. Their online platform empowers clients across public affairs, government relations, and strategic communications to stay ahead of the political curve.
Following strong growth, theyre now looking to hire an Account Manager to join the London team and help manage and grow a portfolio of existing subscription clients.
This role is ideal for someone with strong commercial acumen and a passion for politics or public affairs, who enjoys building lasting client relationships and driving value.

About the Role As one of the first dedicated Account Managers in the UK, youll play a key role in growing existing revenue, ensuring client satisfaction, and becoming a trusted commercial advisor to your accounts.
This is a face-to-face, client-centric role youll be meeting with clients, delivering demos, and understanding how to maximise their use of the platform to support their policy objectives.
Your Responsibilities: Manage and grow an existing portfolio of subscription clients

Retain and renew client contracts, while identifying and closing upsell opportunities

Deeply understand your clients needs and strategic priorities

Work closely with internal teams to ensure delivery of agreed services

Meet and exceed monthly revenue targets

Deliver in-person meetings, demos, and relationship reviews

About You Experience in account management or customer success with a focus on renewals and upselling

Proven track record in subscription-based sales, business information, or SaaS

Excellent relationship-building and value-based selling skills

Highly organised with strong time management

Strong negotiation and communication skills

A degree in politics or a strong interest in politics/public affairs is a bonus
