We are recruiting Trading Support Managers in the Folkestone, Dover & Deal area.
What you’ll do
From new joiners onwards, you’ll identify the best times and ways to support your colleagues — stepping in when needed. You’ll recognize good performance and celebrate successes.
This role involves working in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes. You’ll adapt to new procedures and support colleagues through transitions. Customer service is a key focus, and you’ll lead by example to ensure customers have the best experience.
Whether it’s standards, operations, profits, or people, you’ll consistently deliver high performance and motivate others to do the same.
Who you are
You believe in collaboration and making decisions that benefit colleagues and customers. You’re confident in communication and comfortable with in-store technology. Your self-motivation and eagerness to learn will help you support the wider team. You’re adaptable and able to allocate resources effectively.
How you’ll progress
Upon joining, you'll receive a comprehensive induction and tailored training plan developed with your manager. They will support and coach you to achieve excellent performance.
