Description
Be the first line helpdesk support for staff utilising Council systems/applications/software, provide information, advice and guidance to staff at all levels.
Support the implementation, operation, maintenance and ongoing development of Council systems/applications/software and related business processes, including any required testing. Participate in working groups and project teams as required.
Deliver training to system users as required. Contribute to the training design and produce any associated documentation.
Ensure any system periodic processing, production of reports and other routines are carried out accurately and according to timetables.
Ensure that the integrity and accuracy of system/other information is maintained at all times, in accordance with industry best practice and compliant with all relevant information.
