We are seeking an exceptional, visionary Head of Sales to be instrumental in architecting and executing the commercial strategy that will drive this next critical phase of hyper-growth.

Your previous job titles will be Sales Director, Head of Sales, VP of Sales or similar. * Your background must include direct experience selling SaaS solutions and a demonstrable track record of leading successful SaaS sales teams. * Your CV must clearly evidence your ability to significantly scale a technology business; the perfect candidate likely will have a CV that demonstrates how they have gown a SaaS business from x to y across the years. * You will be a proven operator, adept at driving process improvements, enhancing systems, and boosting efficiencies that demonstrably increase sales. * You will excel in coaching, developing, and motivating teams, possessing the empathy and strength to guide people effectively through organisational change. * We seek a genuine team leader who listens intently, encourages an open environment where views and ideas are welcomed, and naturally inspires confidence - someone people are happy to follow. * Furthermore, you must be a cooperative senior team player, eager to contribute to an ambitious management group and seeking a long-term role with substantial reward potential.
Your Role as Sales Director, SaaS?
* As the Head of Sales, you will be granted absolute autonomy across all commercial functions, empowered to shape strategy, define processes, recruit top talent, and ultimately drive exceptional sales performance. * Reporting directly to the board, you will lead and inspire a talented team of approximately 24 sales and customer service professionals, managed through experienced Heads of New Business, Account Development, and Customer Success. * Your remit is broad and impactful: spearheading all sales activities, driving major account acquisition in collaboration with your team, forging strategic partnerships, and implementing scalable systems and processes to maximize efficiency and revenue growth. * A key aspect will be acting as the 'safe navigator' through a period of dynamic change, successfully integrating teams from recent acquisitions while fostering a high-performance culture built on coaching, development, and open communication. Significant resources and the full backing of the board are assured to deliver your vision. This role presents a clear and achievable pathway to a Group CRO position within approximately five years for the right, ambitious candidate.
