Responsibilities
Face to face property viewings
Registering buyers and arranging property viewings
Conducting viewings and providing feedback to vendors
Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers
Proactively managing and progressing agreed sales through to completion
Liaising with solicitors, mortgage brokers, surveyors, and other stakeholders
Maintaining regular contact with clients and keeping them updated throughout the sales process
Supporting and shadowing the Valuer on market appraisals to build knowledge and confidence
Contributing to office targets and KPIs
Key Requirements
Minimum 2 years' experience in residential sales, including sales progression
Strong understanding of the sales process from offer to completion
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Proactive and highly organised, with strong attention to detail
A genuine interest in developing into a Valuer role
Confident and professional manner when dealing with clients
Full UK driving licence and own vehicle essential
Local knowledge of North Leeds and surrounding areas preferred
