Overview
We're looking for an Executive Assistant (EA) to support the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) of E.ON Next. If you thrive in an environment where you're trusted to make decisions and enjoy a collaborative culture, we'd like to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
* Work closely with the CCO and COO, forming a supportive EA team.
* Anticipate needs and take initiative to keep things flowing, calmly and confidently.
* Build trusted relationships across the business – from board members to external partners.
* Manage changing priorities with grace and flexibility, staying focused and solution‑oriented.
* Prepare leaders for meetings: coordinate schedules, collate briefings, ensure deadlines are met.
* Own the details: meeting logistics, agenda planning, minute‑taking, and action tracking.
* Handle inbox management, expense processing, and travel planning with care and clarity.
* Support wider team connection and wellbeing through thoughtful planning and event coordination.
Qualifications & Experience
* Proven experience in a senior‑level EA or PA role supporting board‑level leaders.
* Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise calmly under pressure.
* Clear and thoughtful communication in writing and in person.
* Proactive: spot what needs doing and get it done with kindness and confidence.
* Comfortable with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) to a high standard.
* Collaborative team player who holdings confidentiality with professionalism.
* Adaptable and ready to flex working hours when needed.

* Experience in a fast‑paced, purpose‑led organisation.

* Comfort working across different teams and adapting to shifting priorities.
