The Mason Arms is no ordinary pub. We're part of Artist Residence – a collection of playful boutique hotels – and we're looking for a House Manager or Bar Personality to help us bring the magic back.
We want someone who:
* Is a natural host, able to make every guest feel like they've walked into the best house party in the village.
* Can set the vibe in the evenings – music, energy, conversation, atmosphere.
* Is equally comfortable pouring pints, shaking cocktails, chatting about wine, or checking in hotel guests.
* Has a strong eye for detail and cares about standards being spot on.
This could suit someone with chalet/yacht hosting experience, bar managers who thrive on creating atmosphere, or a hospitality all-rounder who just gets it.
