This is a brand new concept that combines retail with hospitality under our Grocershops Brand.
We are due to open in October and are pitching ourselves as : Grocer, Baker, Cafe, Wine Bar and Fresh Pasta Restaurant.
We have our own Farm - Wild Farm and also our own Bakery.
Our own label products Granola, Pasta Sauces will feature along side lines such as Seggiano, Secret Smoke House and Godminster Cheese.
We are looking for a keen, enthusiastic Operational Restaurant Manager that is looking for a change to help bring this vision to fruition.
Our Requirements
* Significant experience in a senior front-of-house role, ideally in a restaurant that emphasises food quality and guest experience
* Confident leadership skills with a focus on training, motivating, and supporting a team
* Exceptional communication skills and ability to resolve guest complaints and concerns professionally
* A deep appreciation for seasonal ingredients, sustainability, and ingredient-led dining
* Organised, calm under pressure, and able to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
* An interest in retail and the want to learn and investigate our products
