To be responsible for developing and supporting two externally funded programmes within the Projects and Initiatives Team. Support the development and implementation of a newly funded programme to increase awareness and knowledge around gambling harms as well as continuing to support the delivery of an existing programme aimed at supporting new (First5) GPs. Work closely with the Project Team Manager and Programme Leads to ensure project outcomes are achieved to a high standard and milestones are met within budget Create and maintain relevant project documentation to track project progress and expenditure, providing updates to internal and external stakeholders Develop clear and enticing marketing plans to successfully promote programme opportunities/activities to GPs and practices in Scotland and be the first point of contact for all enquiries Organise and support the delivery of a number of in-person and online events Manage the project budgets, including the processing and recording of invoices, tracking expenditure against budgets Provide professional and timely update reports to the project funders demonstrating activity and impact across project lifecycles Design and implement effective programme evaluations to gain constructive feedback to inform any changes to the programme, compiling professional reports to demonstrate the value and impact on participants to the project funders Organise and service relevant project meetings with both internal and external stakeholders Morgan Hunt is a multi-award-winning recruitment Business for interim, contract and temporary recruitment and acts as an Employment Agency in relation to temporary vacancies.
