Responsibilities
* Serve as the first point of contact for technical queries, triaging requests calmly.
* Schedule services, organise callouts, and maintain accurate equipment and installation records.
* Collaborate with Wholesale and other business teams to resolve issues efficiently, keep communication flowing, and identify opportunities to improve processes.
* Ensure every customer receives prompt, effective, and friendly service.
