Rygor Group is looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join their team. This role will provide essential administrative support to the marketing department, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and contributing to the successful delivery of campaigns.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who is keen to build their career in marketing.
Day to day, you will be:
* Provide administrative support across the marketing team.
* Conduct market research to understand target audiences and gather feedback to improve marketing strategies
* Maintain incoming leads, marketing databases, contact lists, and internal systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
* Assist with the coordination of marketing campaigns, including scheduling, collating materials, and tracking progress.
* Support with the creation of reports, presentations, and performance summaries.
* Liaise with suppliers, agencies, and internal stakeholders to support marketing activities.
* Help manage the company's websites and social media platforms with updates and content uploads.
* Handle general correspondence, invoices, and purchase orders relating to marketing activities.
Skills & Behaviours Required for this Role:
* Strong administrative and organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ideally Canva
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* A proactive and flexible approach to work
* Some experience in marketing support
