Key Responsibilities E-Commerce & Merchandising Support the day-to-day management and optimisation of e-commerce websites and online retail channels. Ensure homepage content, landing pages, banners, navigation, and product merchandising align with campaign and trading priorities. Analyse website performance metrics including conversion, click-through rates, bounce rates, and customer engagement. Conduct regular site audits to ensure pricing accuracy, content consistency, and a seamless customer journey. Identify opportunities to improve UX, on-site navigation, and conversion performance. Online Retail Partner Management Act as a key contact for online retail partners, maintaining strong working relationships.
