About the Role:
Hewett Recruitment is currently seeking a detail-focused and technically skilled Excel & Data Modelling Administrator to support a key CRM system migration project within a busy and forward-thinking team in Pershore. This temporary role, set for a minimum of 8 weeks, will play a vital part in ensuring data integrity, structure, and accessibility during the transition to a new platform.
This is a great opportunity for someone with advanced Excel expertise, strong data manipulation capabilities, and experience in data modelling to make a meaningful contribution to a business-critical project.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the migration of data from an existing CRM system to a new platform, ensuring structure, accuracy, and completeness.
Utilise advanced Excel functions (e.g. PivotTables, Power Query, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH) to transform, consolidate, and clean large datasets.
Perform rigorous data validation and cleansing to ensure consistent and high-quality data transfer.
Build or maintain data models and templates to support future reporting and analysis.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand data structures and business rules, supporting a seamless system transition.
Proactively identify, investigate, and resolve data anomalies or inconsistencies.
Maintain documentation and ensure data files are organised, structured, and accessible.
Skills and Experience Required:
Proven experience in data-focused roles, ideally involving system or CRM migrations.
Advanced Excel proficiency is essential - including use of formulas, functions, and data tools.
Strong capability in data cleansing, transformation, and modelling.
Excellent attention to detail and a methodical, logical approach to problem-solving.
Confident managing large datasets independently and to tight deadlines.
Familiarity with CRM systems and general IT systems infrastructure is a strong advantage.
Ability to work effectively within a team while managing your own workload autonomously.
Additional Information:
Office-based, full-time position in Pershore.
Temporary contract for a minimum of 8 weeks, with potential for extension.
Pay rate: £13.85 - £15.38 per hour (depending on experience).
