Your Role

We are looking for a Graduate Electrical Engineer to be based in Warrington, joining our 2026 Graduate Programme. You will have the chance to make a positive impact on the environment through sustainable engineering solutions, working on a variety of exciting water and wastewater projects that will broaden your understanding of the industry, including:

* Storm overflows
* Flood alleviation
* Catchment solutions
* Nature-based solutions

Alongside the MEICA team, you will:

* Support technical audits and risk evaluations.
* Contribute to electrical and ICA design.
* Liaise with other technical disciplines at feasibility, outline, and detailed stages to deliver timely and cost-effective solutions.

About You

At Stantec, we value your potential over past experience. Along with your bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) and a keen interest in the water industry, we’d love to receive your application if you are:

Onsite Working Expectation

We ask our graduates to come into the office 4 days per week to ensure ample time with your team and the appropriate level of support.
