Programme and operate machines producing components up to 15 tonnes
Interpret detailed engineering drawings to deliver precise results
Work on complex, high-specification engineering projects
Carry out quality checks to maintain exacting standards
Ensure all work meets strict safety and compliance requirements
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
What we’re looking for in a Horizontal Borer
Proven experience operating horizontal boring machines
Strong programming capability, ideally with Fanuc controls
Experience using live spindle tooling
Background working on large, complex components (e.g. oil & gas)
Experience machining materials such as Inconel, Duplex, and carbon steels
Working hours
Rotational day and night shifts
