About The Role
My client are a global group who are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead their enterprise-wide Sage Intacct ERP implementation, scheduled for go-live in Q2. This is a pivotal role overseeing the delivery of a major transformation programme, working closely with the Head of Finance and internal technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end global ERP implementation with a focus on Sage Intacct.
Drive delivery to meet a confirmed Q2 go-live timeline.
Manage and oversee an external third-party implementation partner, ensuring quality, accountability, and alignment with programme outcomes.
Work closely with the Head of Finance, acting as the primary programme lead.
Collaborate with an internal technical resources to ensure seamless technical and process alignment.
Provide clear governance, project planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication across multiple agencies globally.
Ensure effective adoption, integration, and realisation of benefits across the group.
Requirements
Strong, hands-on experience delivering large-scale ERP implementations (Sage Intacct experience highly beneficial).
Proven ability to lead and manage third-party partners within complex environments.
Background working in multi-entity or multi-brand organisations
Excellent stakeholder management skills, particularly within Finance teams.
Ability to operate autonomously and drive delivery at pace.
Strong planning, governance, and change management capability.
