Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing expert assistance and ensuring a seamless customer experience. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers and ensuring their needs are met effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

* Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
* Provide expert product knowledge and guidance to customers, helping them select the most suitable workwear, PPE, and offshore sourcing solutions for their needs.
* Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and fulfillment.
* Handle customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally, striving for swift resolution and customer satisfaction.
* Liaise with internal departments, including sales, warehouse, and logistics, to coordinate order processing and delivery.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
* Keep up-to-date with product offerings, industry trends, and regulations related to workwear, PPE, and offshore sourcing.

Requirements:

* Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally within the workwear, PPE, or related industry.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
* Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and solutions-focused approach to customer issues.
* Attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and data entry.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software applications.
* A passion for delivering excellent customer service and exceeding customer expectations.
