We are offering an excellent career opportunity for the role of Peripatetic Team Manager at iBC Healthcare in one of our Coventry Supported Living locations.
Requirements: A valid driving license and previous care team leader experience are essential for this role.
Contract: 40 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supporting young adults and adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, complex needs, and challenging behaviour within a supported living environment.
2. Providing high standards of care and support in accordance with care plans, compliance with CQC regulations, and policies.
3. Identifying individual needs and preferences, providing personal care.
4. Promoting community engagement through various activities.
5. Accurately reporting, recording, and maintaining records as required.
6. Working well in a team and demonstrating empathy and kindness.
7. Making proactive decisions and showing a willingness to learn.
8. Maintaining a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
9. Working independently and as part of a team.
10. Genuinely helping others and making a difference.
11. Experience with rota management, team leadership, supervision, and spot checks.
