About the Role:
You'll plan and deliver high-quality, tailored lessons that challenge and inspire students, including those with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).
As part of a wider multi-disciplinary team, you'll help students build both academic skills and vital life skills, supporting their long-term growth and independence.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
* Designing and implementing rich, ambitious curriculum plans and schemes of work
* Creating engaging, well-differentiated lesson plans to support a diverse student cohort
* Acting as a personal tutor to a small group, focusing on skills like resilience, independent living, and learning engagement
* Collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to support the holistic development of students
* Bringing a sense of fun and creativity into learning while using therapeutic approaches to behaviour and wellbeing
* (Desirable) Experience in coordinating or delivering post-16 PSHE is welcomed
