You’ll: Dedicate 20% of your week to training, with the remainder spent gaining hands-on experience in a vibrant, nurturing environment. Help create a warm, fun, and safe space where children thrive. Engage children in play-based activities inspired by the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. Build strong, supportive relationships with children, families, and colleagues. Support children’s developmental milestones and keep parents informed with updates. Assist with daily routines, maintaining the highest standards of safety, hygiene, and care. About our Nursery The Old Station Nursery Pershore embodies a nurturing home-from-home environment in the local town of Pershore. We are set across 3 spacious rooms all with outdoor access. Baby room catering for children 0-18months, with dedicated sleep and sensory room, Topdots- catering for 18months to 2.5years and our large open plan Pre-school with free-flow outdoor area catering for 2.5 until school leaver. Qualified chef who prepares all meals on site. Located conveniently, our nursery offers a unique blend of indoor and outdoor learning experiences designed to foster curiosity, discovery and enjoyment.
