Office Manager / Administrator – Major Infrastructure Project (Euston)
Fixed-term maternity cover (potential for extension)
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager / Administrator to join our team on a high-profile infrastructure project based at Euston. This is a maternity cover position, but for the right candidate there is potential for longer-term opportunities within the wider business.
In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative and organisational support to ensure the smooth running of daily operations on site. You will play a key part in supporting both the project management team and site-based staff, maintaining efficient office systems, and assisting with compliance and documentation requirements.
Key responsibilities include:

Overseeing general office administration and coordination of day-to-day activities

Supporting project managers and engineers with document control and reporting
*
Maintaining records, timesheets, and project documentation in line with company procedures
*
Liaising with internal departments, suppliers, and subcontractors
*
Organising meetings, site visits, and inductions
*
Ensuring office supplies and equipment are well managed
About you:

Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrator, or similar role within a construction or civil engineering environment
*
Strong organisational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail
*
Confident communicator with the ability to work effectively as part of a busy project team
*
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with project documentation systems
*
Positive, proactive attitude and able to adapt to changing priorities
