About The Role
CUSTOMER SERVICES - IT'S A PEOPLE THING
Are you someone who can start a conversation in an empty room? One of those people who always manages to get things done, no matter how much there is to do? If the answer is yes, there's a place in our Customer Service team for you.
It's not about what you know. It's who you are. As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be doing one of the most important jobs in our business—looking after our customers. This involves building relationships, understanding their needs, and helping them do it better.
In this role, you'll deliver a best-in-class service, using your product knowledge to maximize upselling opportunities. Your day-to-day tasks include communicating with customers via phone, email, and website requests, managing orders from enquiry to post-hire feedback, and owning the customer journey. You'll need to think on your feet and use your initiative to ensure a great customer experience and continuous service improvement.
This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with customer service experience, ideally within the industry, who want to see the tangible impact of their work in a hands-on, operational, service-focused environment.
