About the role

Reporting to the Legal Administration Supervisor, the Property Transfer Administrator will join a small, dedicated and motivated team to help deliver excellent administration in a timely and effective manner to support the buying, selling and sub-letting of retirement apartments within the Churchill Estates portfolio.

The Administrator deals with all aspects of administration relating to property sales, transfers and rentals. This will include dealing with solicitors, internal stakeholders, homeowners and their families. You will liaise with people at all levels using various communication methods in a diligent and professional manner to provide a first-class customer service at all touchpoints.

In addition, you will support the legal administration team as we develop our IT, case management, and internal systems to improve automation and workflows.

The Property Transfer Administrator is encouraged to remain up to date in current and new legislation relevant to ARMA, AIRPM and RICS, with ongoing training and support provided.

Based in Ringwood, the hours of work are 09:00-17:30 Monday to Thursday and 09:00-17:00 on Friday.


Responsibilities

* Provide administration for property sales, transfers and rentals and liaise with solicitors, internal stakeholders, homeowners and their families.
* Communicate with stakeholders at all levels to deliver timely and professional service.
* Support IT, case management and internal systems to improve automation and workflows.
* Keep up to date with relevant legislation (ARMA, AIRPM, RICS) and participate in ongoing training.


Qualifications

* Organised with excellent communication and attention to detail.
* Team player with flexibility and willingness to learn new tasks.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload.
* English language and numeracy to GCSE Level C/5 or equivalent; experience with MS Office (including Excel) at an intermediate level.
* Background in legal administration or legal studies is advantageous but not essential.
