What to Expect
Your day kicks off with a clear digital schedule, featuring pre-booked jobs where members are expecting you. You’ll be responsible for:
* Routine servicing
* Diagnostics using advanced mobile equipment
* In-depth repairs typically done in a workshop
* Providing member advice and recommendations based on your inspections
* Conducting vehicle safety checks aligned with RAC standards

What You’ll Need
* Level 2 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent)
* Minimum 2 years’ experience as a vehicle technician working on light vehicles
* A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points
