Niyaa people are working with a well respected care group based nationwide and they are looking for a Property Manager (Assets) to join their team. The reason for the role opening up is due to retirement. Role: Property Manager Rate: £55-£60,000 Location: Hybrid but travel once every 2 weeks to sites across UK Responsibilities of the Property Manager: Act as the subject matter expert in all Asset Management related matters, ensuring professional knowledge and skills are maintained up to date through external networking and internal collaboration with peers. Lead, develop and oversee an effective information management system to monitor property management services provided (both in-house and outsourced) against an agreed set of KPIs in collaboration with property peers. Effectively manage the delegated Asset Management budget; controlling, and authorising expenditure in line with financial requirements and quality standards. Prepare annual budget for Asset Management expenditure, developing long-term investment plans and budgets for this area of operations. Work closely with Legal, Quality and Compliance Teams to assist with responses to the Asset Management audit programmes, including compliance health and safety assessments.
